Sauna, Day Spa or No Day Spa

Sauna is a popular service that you can get at a day spa. It is a room which usually made of wood and it has chairs where people sit. In this room, there are some pipes that are used as a channel of steam. Actually, the real setting of sauna was far from today’s condition. Sauna was a tradition of Finnish. It was place to bath but with warm water. Nomadic people who did not bring any cooking equipment had to find alternative solution for cold weather and tired body. Then they dug hole and made fire in it. They made a room-like place around the fire with tarp. After that they came in and took a bath.

Now, there are many innovative ways of having sauna. People can go to a day spa and get this service. Not only at day spa, you can also buy a home sauna which is made by the technology of infrared. Many researchers stated how sauna helps you to be healthy. When you are in the sauna, you will feel the heat around 60-105 degrees Celsius. After a minute or two, your pores will open due to the heat and secrete sweat and toxin from your body. It can also help your blood run smoothly and your heart beats as if you are doing exercise. It also helps you to burn fat.

Research shows that 15-20 minutes of sitting in sauna room is almost similar to 1 hour exercise. Because in sauna, your pores play a big part, keep your body clean before entering sauna. Take a bath after exercise so that oil which covers your body does not affect the process of sauna. Avoid using sauna in your home or in day spa if you are sick, pregnant, or having a heart issues.
